Biblical Planning for Women

This podcast is for Christian women—especially wives and mothers—who feel scattered, forgetful, and overwhelmed by the daily responsibilities of home, homeschooling, and family life. If you’re trying to follow Scripture faithfully but struggle to stay consistent, organized, and present in your responsibilities, you’re in the right place.

You’ll learn how to manage your home and time using biblical principles and practical systems that actually work in real life. We’ll talk about creating simple planning rhythms, using a physical planner effectively, aligning your life with Sabbath and biblical cycles, and applying Scripture in a way that supports your daily responsibilities—not adds to your overwhelm.

You don’t need more ideas—you need structure that supports your life. This podcast helps you get out of your head and into a steady, manageable rhythm so you can stop forgetting what matters, follow through on your responsibilities, and grow in your walk with Yah without feeling constantly behind.

Have you ever jumped into a new planning system or home organization project, only to find yourself overwhelmed a few weeks later?
Before Nehemiah began rebuilding Jerusalem's walls, he did something wise—he quietly surveyed the damage. He didn't rush into action. He took an honest look at what needed attention before making a plan.
In this episode of Biblical Planning for Women, we'll explore how that same principle applies to our homes and daily responsibilities. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by clutter, struggling to manage your household, or trying to establish better routines, lasting change begins with an honest evaluation of where you are today.
I'll share practical ways to "survey the walls" of your own home, identify the areas that need the most attention, and prayerfully choose one place to begin. We'll also talk about why you don't have to fix everything at once—and how biblical planning helps us faithfully steward the homes and families God has entrusted to us.
In this episode, we'll discuss:
Why Nehemiah surveyed the walls before rebuilding
How to honestly evaluate your home without becoming discouraged
Identifying the areas that have the greatest impact on daily life
Why prayer should guide every planning decision
Taking one faithful step instead of trying to fix everything at once
Scripture: Nehemiah 2:9–20

After praying and seeking God's direction, Nehemiah still didn't know exactly what to do. Then an unexpected opportunity appeared. When the king noticed Nehemiah's sadness, he asked a simple question: "What are you requesting?"
Nehemiah prayed, asked for help, and received everything he needed to begin rebuilding Jerusalem.
As women, we often try to carry every responsibility ourselves. We tell ourselves we should be able to figure it out alone. But sometimes the next faithful step is humbly asking for help.
In this episode, we'll look at Nehemiah's example and talk about why inviting a trusted person into your struggles can bring clarity and momentum. I'll also share how one conversation with my husband completely changed the way I managed our home—and how a simple meal plan became the first domino in creating lasting rhythms for our family.
If you're feeling overwhelmed and aren't sure where to begin, this episode will encourage you to stop striving alone and take the next step in faith.
